What to know about Adore Me labels
Adore Me labels its bras in US sizes. In October 2026 its bra page announced A–I cups, 30–46 bands and letter sizes XS–4X, and its size filter listed cups up to DDD, then G, H and I: after DDD the brand writes G, not DDDD. The largest cups exist in some bands only, such as 38I and 40I.
Adore Me's fit guide reads the cup from the difference between bust and ribcage in inches, one cup per inch, with a 4-inch difference for an A cup and 5 inches for a B. It shows two charts, one for regular frames and one for full bust, described as a smaller band with a fuller cup.
A US I at Adore Me is a UK G and an EU I; a US H is a UK FF and an EU H. Letter-size bralettes (XS to 4X) are not in these tables.
How US sizes work
A US size is a band number and a cup letter. The band is an inch-based label (30, 32, 34…) shared with UK sizes. After D, most US brands go DD, DDD, G, H, I, J (some write DDDD for G, and a US G is a UK F), where UK cups go DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH, J. EU and French sizes number the band differently: a US 34 band is 75 in EU sizes and 90 in French sizes.

How does the Adore Me fit guide measure cups?
Adore Me's fit guide asks for your ribcage (underbust) and your bust in inches and subtracts one from the other: a difference of 4 inches is an A cup, 5 inches a B, and so on, one cup per inch. In Cherry Size's tables (not Adore Me's), a C cup matches a bust about 5.4–6.4 in larger than the underbust, and the cup table above gives that difference for every cup.
How do Adore Me sizes convert to UK sizes?
Adore Me uses US sizes. Converting to UK sizes: the band number stays the same; cups DDD → E, G → F, H → FF and I → G, the other letters unchanged. For example, 34DDD becomes 34E.
