Bra size chart & international conversion

A bra size is a band number plus a cup letter, and both change between countries: US and UK share the same band numbers, EU bands are in centimetres, French/Spanish bands run 15 above the EU number, and cup letters match through DD before they diverge (US DDD = UK E, US DDDD = UK F; some US brands label them differently).
